Ciudadano inteligente’s mission is to strengthen democracy and reduce inequality in Latin America by promoting transparency and citizen participation through the innovative use of information technology.

We work with a view to transfer the logic of power from the few to the many, every time we observe that the political and economic power is artificially concentrated. To address this we make use of transparency, information technology and collective participation as our tools for policy change.
